Hoping government will do more of the same can only result naturally, in the same results but more. Begging government, or water, to change results without changing direction is impossible, no matter which way you hope, or wish, or beg either to change natural results without changing direction.

I watched a hockey game the other night. The team that won had been hiding and practicing in their basements. They practiced by phone and internet. Campaigning is practicing. Again, please think of the results of elections going back to the founding.

Elections of the last 60 years, maybe more, have certain characteristics. Open debate, campaigning, kissing and holding babies, etc. A long long list of effort to produce 51 percent “win”.
