I recently had a small sum of money wired to me.
This effort has given me cause to wonder how money is transferred.

One day I go to my bank and find a few extra thousand dollars, a few numbers, added to my account balance.

What is the actual value of a dollar when nothing is exchanged except numbers?

Who is in control of securing our energy grid, our banking system, and national borders?

The bank could not explain and then they discovered that the rate was such and such, and by the end of the day, another charge, a percentage had been added.
