If they can get you to believe room temperature, 72º is 7º degrees hotter then they can get you to believe 80 degrees is 88º. If they can get you to believe 88º is 95 then they can get you to believe 95º is 103 and record breaking.
If they can convince you that 97, 98, and 99 degrees , the daily high temperatures all summer are over 100, even as high as 107º, then they can convince you that you deserve less food, water, heat, energy: less living.

If they can convince you that it is hotter when it is actually cooling, then they can convince you that water is running out, the earth is heating up and you are the vermin doing it.

Walk outside naked. Is it getting warm? Is it warm? If you feel neither hot nor cold it is approximately 72 degrees, and they lie.
