Psaki continues, “ So our focus and the president’s focus is uh, too reiterate, our deep commitment to the constitutional right, of course established by Roe V, Wsde nearly five decades ago, and to continue to call for the codification of Roe…”.

Jen did not once cite the Constitutional articles the Texas law violates. Jen claimed the law violates Roe V. Wade “right”. She claims this right was established under Roe V. Wade.
